Refund Policy

Bewell IT Solutions works hard to give our customers the best goods possible. If you're not happy with growth at any point, you can ask for your money back.

Our refund policy outlines the circumstances under which Bewell IT Solutions will provide a refund, and Bewell IT Solutions's responsibilities in case of a refund claim. By registering for any of our services, you indicate your acceptance and agreement with the terms and conditions specified in our refund policy.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Every project is taken seriously by Bewell IT Solutions, who makes sure it is handled professionally and that the client receives the desired outcome in accordance with the proposal's terms and conditions. The following schedule, which covers the services and our refund policy for each service, outlines what happens in the event that the client is unhappy with the conclusion and has gone through the dispute resolution process.

  • A full refund will be given if a project has not yet been started or the original design style has not been accepted.
  • After the first design style is approved, if we don't deliver in accordance with our delivery policy, we will provide a partial refund based on the amount of work accomplished.
  • No refunds will be given if the project has been finished and uploaded to the server.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the project's official cancellation date.

FILING A COMPLAINT

Bewell IT Solutions thinks that every project should start with an idea of how it will end. In the case of bad service, it should be a top concern to try as hard as possible to find a solution that works for both sides. When things don't work out, a return is the last thing that can be done.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a client wishes to cancel a project at any moment, he or she must submit a written cancellation request bearing an authorized signature. If the project is canceled for any reason prior to completion, we will issue an invoice for the quantity of work completed based on the resources used up to that point.

Any client delay of more than 30 days will result in the cancellation of the project by Bewell IT Solutions, and it will not be resumed unless we receive a written request to do so. In such situations, we will issue an invoice for the quantity of work completed up to that point based on the resources utilized.
